A List of Halo Teams/Free Agents
Ok, I know I am new to the site and this pobably a bold step. I haven't seen a thread about actual teams or a list or anything so I am going to start this thread.
If you have a team or are wanting to form a team please post on here and I will up date this with a list of complete teams and also people looking for teams. Hopefully this will clear things up for thursday night games and would be easier to make rosters for games, tournaments and such.

Optional Info:
Type of player you are - Slayer (You shoot people in the face, and you do it well), Objective (You carry the flag, ball, or enjoy being the target in the hill), or Support ( Usually end the match with 5-10 kills but 15-20 assists)

Thread name edited. I didn't mean just for Thursdays but on the competitive threads I saw a lot of people wanting to form teams, so I thought a thread like this would be useful.
That's all fine. Different things for different folks. It's not a bad thing to have several different things going because you'll cater to a larger crowd versus having one specific thing. I personally love to do 4v4 only. I really enjoy to run with the same core of guys frequently because I do better with structure. The overall goal is to get people linked up. So even if the nights fade away friendships will still be made. Successful in my opinion.
He's right, nice to see newer folks take some initiative in organizing things. I think Fire/Midnighter have a hand somewhere in what looks to be the beginning of a 4v4 tournament:

Maybe a joint effort with the three of you guys can get this thing off the ground. If we can help with promoting, keeping sticky topics at the top of the forum, announcements, whatever - let us know and we'll get it taken care of on the back end for you guys.

Lol this thread isn't meant to form professional caliber teams, just a way to list who would want to play in the 4v4 leagues and a way to find a person to fill an empty slot.

I'm definietly support/objective. I would not mind rolling with the same four consistently. Always makes the game easier kind of knowing who you're playing with, their playing style, and people who talk.

What about a Medium-to-large map?
The Site Wide and the 4v4 can feed players to each other. It doesn't have to be an either or situation. A member can do both.
The more members in Halo on Thursday nights, the bigger pool to draw players from.
If I'm reading the top post right, this thread is a staging area for free agents who would like to put together a team for competitive 4v4 play. Which day that 4v4 night is yet TBD but it looks like Thursday is an issue. So we'll use this thread for free agents and this one:

Ok let's just take it easy a second. This is very much a work in progress - there's already talk of flipping this over to a Tuesday, and if that doesn't work we'll find another day that ends in "y" and we'll go from there. Easy fix, it'll get hashed out.
I'm not available on Thursday's, so another day would be great for me. whatever happens, happens. I'll keep watching to see where it goes. don't forget that I'll be doing more "social tournaments" after the holidays. these will not be set for Thursday's. I try to leave a time frame of a week or so to complete the matches. just something to keep in mind.
