Yes, I read that you will be able to unlock everything at level 55.
Also from what I have read and while playing, this is what I have found.
Unlockable Items 98
Level 4 Classes unlock 4 Free Unlocked items at Level 4 25 Token per level progression 51 Level 7 two free killstreaks 2 Starting at level 10, every third level you get two tokens 16
i have heard you will not be able to unlock everything in prestige one. and by everything i mean every attachment perks score streaks ect. i have heard that you dont lose anything with prestige and by the time you run through all 10 you should be able to have everything unlocked.
I dont know the correct answer, but one of the prestige awards is to rest all your tokens. That leads me to beleive that you will not be able to unlock everythign in one prestige.
