OK Fire is probably not gonna reply or run this 4vs4 Team Scrimmage night so I'll help out with Taxi.
First order of Buisness: Lets move the day that this happens. My vote goes for Tuesday nights. No other clan or site wide events as far as I know, so there should be no conflict.
So lets start this coming Tuesday December 4th. It'll give us a couple of days to organize this properly.
Next, we need to figure out how this Free Agent pool is going to work. This is my suggestion:
Show up next Tuesday if you are a free agent, we'll pair you up with 3 other people who are also Free agents, scrim with them for a night, see how you feel and you might want to run with them again or find new peeps that you find more suitable to your style. WIthin a few weeks of these set scrimmages, a few people will connect and end up naturally making their own team.
We can put you on a random team with Free agents on a weekly basis but its your responsibility to take that to the next step and connect with a few people and form a team. By the way, if you don't want to wait until Tuesday to form a team, contact the Free Agents on this list via SIte PM or XBL message and see if they want to form a team now before Tuesday. That works too.
If you already have a team, then just show up on Tuesday night with your group of 4, and you should have an opponent to run against.

yeah, now that you say it, isn't that how we did it for reach? That seemed to work well.
I don't think we really need to focus on a set night right now. We can try Tuesdays and if another night works better for other teams, then they can arrange that between the captains. What's important is getting the teams together initially, getting a couple of games going and getting the word out that if you want to run som customs with your team, 2o2p has some teams available.
Let's at least meet up first Tuesday next week, see how many set teams and Free agents ACTUALLY show up and go from there. I'm open to any set up as long as it gets some custom team action going.
As for Profanity clan nights, its usually Thursday night but H4 is getting love every night from Profanity right now.
I havent played very much H4 and very few customs. Team style competitive Halo is what made 2old2play great for me. Tuesday and Thursday are my best days to play. Free agent.

What difference does your SR rank mean? I've played with a 105SR and he sucked. Meaningless.
