That bug was from the MM playlist update this Monday. It will be fixed next Monday, according to the bulletin.

Ordnance in the floor ... yep. Drove me nuts.
Before update: never lost my load outs (this was listed somewhere as a "fix" in this update). After the "fix", lost my load outs twice. *eye roll*
