Ghost Town was the start, I believe, to the whole map clutter revolution we've started seeing in all the maps now. Sure it looks awesome and like it would be a great time playing there, but the fundamental geometry just doesn't work in a Halo game. Look how crowded maps are now all for the sake of looking pretty.
