Next Borderlands 2 DLC Announced!
For those Borderlands 2 fans out there the next big DLC has been announced. Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt has a release date of January 15th. Randy Pitchford announced on his Twitter account a trailer, and promises it to be a huge dlc which will allow for deeper customization as well.
As he's stated previously they've been working on a way to not increase level cap, but maybe increase character development. So you are leveling up, but it would be a unique form of leveling, and he said they had some very interesting ideas. Now whether these will be implemented who knows..
You check his Twitter account for more info on this hopefully great dlc
Translation: No level cap raised yet.
Here's a new article explaining everything, coming up for Borderlands 2 just released. It reveals, a new feature that will add an a level cap increase progression system through a 3rd playthrough option, that will be released seperate from paid-dlc early next year..

I guess I am part of the problem - I haven't reached level 50 yet as my buddy and I are playing through together, level 41 Siren is my highest level character at this point.
I gave up on this game to play Far Cry 3 ...
I gave up temporarily after beating it the 4th time. I got Maya and Gaige at 50, Axton at 35, Zero at 23, and Sal at 15 and I just burnt out. I'm waiting for the all the dlc's to come out before I finish up the others.
Side Note:
I find that Far Cry 3 was no where near as good as advertised and probably my biggest let down of the year. All it is, is one big beautiful island with absolutely nothing to do in it. At the halfway point, I've made all craftable items, own every weapon, have 20 skill points more than i can use, there's just nothing left to do except travel around and gather collectibles which aren't hard to get at all which I've already found all on island 1 at half way. Outposts are easy, and never respawn like in 2, weapons don't rust, it's all very casualized, and easy. I'm estimating I'll have 100% done in 25 hrs total playtime, very far from the Skyrim with guns advertising they're using. I'm more of gamer who loves games the size of Skyrim, although I found that game pretty easy too :S
