Gears Community Nights?
I'm just gauging the community reaction to having a Gears 3 community night either once a week or once every other week. The intent behind this is to get a good feel for how many gearheads there are here on 2old2play and what nights could potentially be our Gears 3 community night.
So anyone interested in playing Gears 3 with fellow 2old2play members, post here what nights you are free to play, and whether you'd prefer once a week or once every other week.

I'm free every night except for Wednesdays & sometimes Thursdays. I prefer once a week or more.
Yeah, we need to get this started up again. I was thinking this Friday, but realized that I'm going to be out for the evening, and not sure when I'll be home. However, if others are around Friday, get a game started, and I'll jump in if I get home at a decent hour.
Fridays and Saturdays are best for me for some Gears.
I just made a blog post basically calling out all Gearheads here on 2old2play. Hopefully we'll get some posts here so we can better plan for events when they start up again.
I think this Friday may be too short notice. Dunno. Thund3r and a few others will be on. I will be as well. But I dunno if we'll get enough feedback this soon.
I'm always game for custom Gears games.....
Anyone that games with me knows i'm on every night playing Gears, Unless Beck wants to Play Kinect BrokeBack Mountain co-op again.

If we get something organized, i'm down. I jumped in with Gatsu when he tried to revive friday night gears'n beers a couple times but I think only once did we get a full room. Hopefully with renewed interest we can get that rolling again.
Friday nights are not good for me until real late, but i'm there if everyone is still up.
What about Saturday nights for everyone?
I wanna try to kick off the new Gears nights either later this week or next week. Hopefully we can set a night where most can make it.

What time are we thinking? If i'm home i'll be on. I am going upstate to see my inlaws this weekend. I told my wife i want it to be a day trip though.

I was on most of the night Saturday night and didn't see that many people playing.... I did get some games in with a few 2o2p peeps and I hope they had a good time.
For future events if you guys could.....when an event is posted and you wanna participate.....PLEASE post in that thread saying when you will be on and about what time so we will know someone is actually gonna show. And then we will wait.
This will do several things.
- Lets us know that people actually want to participate
- And lets us know WHEN you can participate
That way we can better coordinate and try to make sure we get as many people involved as possible.
Because if no one posts in the event thread, we have no idea who is gonna show or if anyone is even gonna show. Which is why Saturday night it didn't look like anyone was on. We started at 9 and played for an hour or so and didn't see anyone jump on in the time. So we decided to call it a night and played some Halo instead. Apologies to everyone. But we had no idea anyone was gonna show. No one posted in the event thread save for myself, Tank and Johnny (who started the thread). And we got tired playing Horde Bored.
