Forza4 Turn10 Facebook Challenge #2

The first Facebook Challenge with Johniwanna didn't involve a lot of community input.  If John beat his personal best (which he did) anyone posting a lap in the rivals event got a unicorn (which we did).

phREDESIGN just posted the details of the next Facebook Challenege.  In a nutshell, for four hours this saturday, phRED will be on Facebook chat with the community developing a tune.  After four hours, he'll use the car to try and beat his target time of 1:12.463 on Road Atlanta Club.  I believe if he beats his time anyone posting a lap in the event will receive a unicorn.  No details on which unicorn, nor will we know what the event restrictions are until Saturday.

Voting Information
The way the build will go is by a voting process. We will have FOUR hours to come up with the tune I will use to achieve my target time. Each tuning option will be announced by me in chat, then everyone will have one minute to post their answer.

Here is how the voting will be decided:

1. Car selection is a Majority vote
2. Parts selection is a Majority vote
3. Tuning values will be an Average of all values submitted

Once the event is live in-game I will begin hosting the Facebook chat. Chat will last from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Facebook Challenge #2 Restrictions
These will be released the morning of the event.

Car, Parts and Tuning Schedule
1)    Vote on which car to use
2)    Vote on Platform and Handling Parts
        Yes or No on each type of handling parts
        If vote is Yes then we will have a vote on Street, Sport or Race version of the part.
3)    Vote on Aero and Appearance
        Yes or No on Front and Rear Aero parts
4)    Vote on Tires
        Which Compound to use.
        Front Tire Width
        Rear Tire Width
        Rims (Check Out This Link)
5)    Vote on Drivetrain
        Yes or No on each type of drivetrain parts
        If vote is Yes then we will have a vote on Street, Sport or Race version of the part.
6)    Vote on Engine and Power
        Yes or No on each type of Engine parts
        If vote is Yes then we will have a vote on Street, Sport or Race version of the part.

Once we have achieved the maximum PI limit we will go into Tuning the car. Tuning of the car will be done by an averaging of the values submitted in chat.

Tune Testing
If time permits I will be able to run test laps once the tune has been fully completed. If test laps are possible then we will have the ability to fine tune the setup to match my style.

Unfinished Tune
Once the four hour deadline has passed I will have to use whatever tune we have come up with in chat. That means if we are still deciding on values after four hours then I have to use the unfinished tune.
