Mechwarrior without Voice Chat?

If you are experiencing mic issues of one form or another  and unable to use voice chat, please do not feel neglected if you don't see many game invites. It is because of simple misinterpretations made by everyone that you end up gaming alone. Here is how you avoid those pitfalls a get in some good group gaming.

So there are no misinterpretations; when a player is not in raidcall, but they are playing MWO, it is an accepted belief they want to play alone. If you currently do not have a mic and would still like to get in a group, then please use raidcall. It has a chat feature as well as private messages. Way easier for you to get noticed that way then trying to use the abyssmal social features in MWO.

Also remember when trying to find friends to game with, you will sometimes need to be proactive. Jump into a room even if it has 4 members already and say "hi, I am looking for a group". Also use your math skills, If there are currently 2 rooms going with 4 members in each, and a dude all by him/herself in 'looking for lance', then by all means, split those groups up so there are three groups of 3. It makes sense and everyone has more fun.
