Enjoyed last night's race, first time I've ever been out front on my own. Couldn't keep it going to the end, but am pleased to have been able to run a quite consitent pace throughout.
@Kraigger75 - Your Silverstone tune was perfect for me - I was instantly 1.5s quicker than my own. I managed to run consitent high 1.37 as soon as I got a clear track, and stay out front for almost 20 laps! Once you overtook I seemed to be 0.5s faster following you... Congrats on chasing me down and winning the race.
Looks like Mapo will be moving up to second in the championship table!

Had a blast last night even though it's my worst finishing position yet! Had a few good battles and struggled to hold off Gizzie for a little while at least.
I was catching the guys in front toward the end, but ran out of laps!
well ..... it was a race, but ....... hmmmm ...... a bad, but also a good one.
I struggled at the restart and lost 3 places. Well I could not hear all of you, so flat out too late, as someone asked "Are we racing?" and someone answered "Yes". In that moment three cars went by. Grrrr, I am such a rookie.
After that I felt anger with myself. Consequently I made some idiotic mistakes, went too far, missed brakepoints and ..... whoooop ...... the next five flew by.
Grrrrr, after that I struggled hard, but never got a reasonable good lap time. It ended for my at the end, where I had a little battle with steviegers.
After driving behind him lap after lap - he didn't made a little mistake - I had a chance, decided to try it and made an attempt to overtake him. You know, what happened? ........ I did it and then I could not hold the line and went onto the grass. I don't know how often I saw those beginners in real races and suddenly exactly that is happening to me. Steviegers was way ahead after I came back onto the track. I was just laughing at me. One round later steviegers left. Don't know why or what happened to him.
Yes, a lot to learn and so much more seattime is needed. Is a new handicap class just for me available? You all stay in your groups, but I am novice and get another special 5% more power? Joke. I need 10% more.
One last thing: It is great to race with you. And kraigger: That tune was pure fun, even if the Yaris is a FWD. Is there a replay available? I forgot to make it.

Nice post race report jdan. Keep going fella you will get there. Over the year you have been here your time have improved massively! Have you had a race school yet with turn I or cotter?
In the BTCC if two drivers have the same Championship points then the one with the most race wins takes the higher placing... I think
Anyway, I'm not fussy about where I end up, I'm just really happy I've had a competitive first season with 2O4F and I even missed the first two rounds!
wow, I can't believe, how stupid I am. In all training sessions my driving was okay. Than the start and from that moment on I missed breaking poiunts, I went wide, I lost concentration, ..... and I was a rolling barricade for the other racers. Grrrrrrrrr. It seems that I am not able to handle the stress during a race. Sh.....Sorry guys for leaving and coming back to the track.
Aaah, I will look the replay to see some very intense racing. That will be medicine for me, so I can forget my lack of racing skills.

That race with Max all over me then Jonny all over me and passing me and then getting the lead back just to lose it to Jonny again. Great race and it was a lot of fun.
Fantastic racing tonight everyone, lots of fun! Had an epic battle with Kent for the first 15 laps, then managed to hold off Church for the last 20 laps, I was under some serious pressure but just managed to hold it together!
Amazing race, I was under hard pressure the whole race, made a real mistake and lost two places, and managed to just barely hold the fifth spot the rest of the race, although I was under heavy pressure, very tough but fun.
One of the best races i have ever had. I love these small FWD's and you cannot get any closer than that i think.
Tough little track to pass on and the straight is just long enough to let the guys on a lesser handicap to just pull away before you caught them up again in the curves.
Epic battle with Kraigger until i rode a curb slightly too much with upset the rear a little sending me into a small spin then having to catch up to antz and overtake him, then trying to get round Kent i did it again but not as bad as the first spin. Just down to pushing the little car too much on it's limit.
@SimF40: I feel sorry for you. The same happened to me some times. Hopefully next week will be better and remember: If I am in the race, you will not be the slowest!
I have been to most of the qualifiers but only made one race. I need a livery sent over since I hadnt read that I needed one but Number 2 and a number plate would be great. If you are still looking for drivers.
Where can I get tunes for these races? I went to everyone in my FL's and found that there are very few for the different classes. I am just hoping to have similar builds since the race in the Commodores today I had no tune and no setup (not that it would help me much) and quickly found myself watching the scenery more than trying to catch up. Thanks all. I appreciate it.
