I will be hosting a lobby running stock cars on a mix between road courses and ovals for a couple hours each Monday for the near future. 9-11pm est. Will see what comes of it for any organized tourneys etc.
Thanks for the invite even though I could on do a couple of races. Honestly I don't think I've driven either of the NASCAR cars in FM4. They actually handled pretty decently even when making right turns.
Yea Cotter I am just hosting a lobby for a couple hours where we run American Stock Cars (Nascar type) and it is set to no upgrades or tuning, so we all run the default car and no one has to buy the car or worry about tuning it. A mix of road and ovals for the evening for a little fun.
This cars were a lot of fun and a bit of a surprise to race. They did handle pretty good going left and right. Couldn't get a handle on the ovals though. I will be back. Thanks Burnt.
Thanks for everyone who showed up for the Nascar cars again tonite. Enjoyed the heck out of the cars and the tracks except for one lol. But enjoyed the company and the lighthearted banter as always! What a way to celebrate!
You can just rent one of the American Stock Cars from the Dealerships. Thats why we run stock, so anyone that wants to show up and run some can do so without shelling out any coin at all. See Yall inabit!
I'm thinking of holding a 15 lap Shootout at Sunset Speedway with full dmg, cautions, and req. pit.between lap 7-11. What do you think? 1st scores 5 million 2nd 3 million and 3rd 2 million? Anyone up for something like that?
I'll try to be in. If it's a little later in the night and not right at 9pm. I have a few things I gotta do first. If you hold off for an hour or so on the big shabang I'll be there. I don't really need the money, but I'm always down for cash prizes. Add more to my bank roll.
Was a nice turnout again for these cars last nite, thx for showing up everyone. Seems everyone enjoyed racing with full sim dmg and pits on the shootouts. Some made some really good coin last nite also! Nasties made a cool 10 million and others did well too! Thx to Tricootertops offering up some prize money and Kraigger too and a prize car. Fun stuff fellas!
