Facebook Challenge - Forza 4
If John beats his drift score and you post a score in the challenge you will earn yourself a Unicorn. The Facebook portion is only to help John tune his car. The rest is done in game and the poll will be on FM.net's forum if he wins.
Finally, on Monday, March 11, we’re holding our next Forza Facebook Challenge. Codenamed “Ch-Ch-Changes”, this event will begin at 10:30 a.m. Pacific, and we’ll be jumping in the chat room with a new victim member of the Turn 10 team who is itching to get in on the Facebook Challenge action. John Hull, one of the members of our crack testing team, will be the hero of the day, and he wants a drifting challenge.
So here’s how it will work: John will attempt to drift a short-wheelbase car that is a little tough to get sideways. Once the event is live, John will be given as much time as needed to confer with the community in the chat room for help in tuning. But here’s the rub: he can only change one setting on the car. Once the single tuning option has been decided, John will be given the point total he needs to beat and he can begin drifting. He will be given two laps to accomplish that score; if he fails, he will have to put on the Forza Shame Suit (which Ian happily sent back Stateside this week) in order to keep the unicorn dream alive for the community.

Our next Facebook Challenge begins in 30 minutes! This time, a member of the Turn 10 test team is sitting behind the wheel. His challenge will be to drift the Renault Clio V6 around Hockenheim Short. If John can beat his target score in 24 hours, everyone who puts in a score in this drift event will win a unicorn car. That's not the easiest car to drift! Though it can light up the tires...

Tough car to drift, felt like an extreme angle to start getting points, guess it's that long wheel base...

Yep, as long as the GT matches between your rival score and your vote in the unicorn poll.
I voted for the Ferrari CS.
I went for another BMW, this one will do nicely in S class. I did try and tell Gizzie but any mention of facebook and he goes on about anti-social crap.
I shot him a message through XBox live about the challenge and to get the details here. He replied that he, "...doesn't do Facebook."
I replied back that He doesn't need to use Facebook to participate and that the Facebook portion of the Challenge is a bit stupid anyway.
FYI. phRED posted last night that the poll is closed and unicorns will be gifted today as soon as he's sorted through all the data.

I know Gizzie seems to shutdown when you mention facebook.
Cause Gizzies knows what hes doing! Dont ever fall for it Gizzie (I know, no worries), its a trap!
Gizzie may be the smart one by not jumping on the social network bandwagon but his aversion to facebook may have cost him three easy unicorns. Especially if he's still trying to get the M3.
It's kinda why I still post these Unicorn threads. I don't want anyone who's still hunting to miss out on unicorn opportunities.
Oldtimers like that were also scared of the wheel...

Honestly though. I feel if you earned it, it's yours to do with as you wish? But I think they'd be less loose with them if it were otherwise.
I do like that we now can choose our unicorn reward through the polls. Wish they had that figured out a year ago.
From what I understand T10 intends to do two of these Facebook Challenges each month, one for each game. So the next challenge will probably be in Horizon.
ManteoMax has been keeping a thread going of all the Unicorn opportunities out there but most are either subjective or random rewards.
