Like your names for 10 and 11 but I think they missed a turn.
If Flip and Flop refer to the curbs that everyone two-wheels then IMHO T10 should be in between T9 and T10 on the map.
T10 on the map should be T11, T11 should be T12 and T12 would be T13.
My humble suggestions...
T9 - Gibraltar
T13 (The final turn) - Backbone
Just noticed that Turns 2-4 aren't accurate.
Better, yet smaller accurate version...

Looking at 5 and 6 the loop looks like a shoe. maybe heel and toe respectively :)
turn 8 could be "lift off", get your drift wrong on that corner and its "hello wall". This is one of my favourite drift corners at maple valley, sooo long

You have to stay ON the track, perhaps?
7 need to be "Dont Lift and Pray Hard".
Is there a guide for proper drive line on the tracks?
I just learned turn 7 reversed is full throttle.
