I have a buddy who is in the business. This was one of his competitors planes. He said the rumor is that the 747 had five MRAPs in it that may have broken loose and shifted the center of gravity

Alot of people are asking why the driver never says anything apart from Fuck at the end.

I think its because this is in Afgan and the drive has more than likley seen enough shit than most people see in a life time, and theres not much he could do really.

I couldn't tell at first if the video was real or faked, the plane doesn't seem to act normal it looks like stands still and hovers for a bit, impossible for a plane to do unless it's VTL.  I had to go look at news articles to see that it was actually real.  I guess that must have been a pretty huge cargo shfit to cause that kind of roll/stall/crash. Wow....  Also it didn't help that the driver had no reaction at all to it, i would have been freaking out!  But i've lived a pampered life LoL

The hover come from a perspective oddity which occurs when you're driving along towards an aircraft that is landing or taking off. Angles and all that shit. Also, I suspect these aircraft normally take off at the steepest possible angles to avoid ground fire. It's a very nasty scenario to be in when something does go wrong. The way the aircraft wallowed is what I would have expected with engine failure or load shifting. I did a bit of flying and a wing tends to drop first in a stall followed by the pilot trying to correct and also putting the nose down to gain airspeed. Unfortunately, you need altitude to recover. :(

Yeah, it looks like the load shifted left then to the rear, major stall and then it dropped. Sad.
