Is it too late in the game?
Is it too late in the game to look into getting the season pass? Is it really worth the price? I know its like getting all 6 of those packs half off just about. I only own 3-4 DLCs including the PreOrder pack, Trasit Van pack (don't recall the name), Porsche Pack, and maybe one other one. But none of the ones I own are included in the Season Pass, I kinda did that on purpose to see what would come out with it. Plus funding would never allow me to purchase it. So my question is, is it still worth the $30 USD to purchase it? Are the cars in all 6 packs worth $30 USD? I'm debating on it because it's a bit of a price to pay if the cars are garbage.
Which car packs are you missing?
It does seem a bit late. I don't know if you intend to go with the next gen Xbox day one or shortly thereafter but it would make sense to save up for that. We will know a lot more on 5-21 when MS unveils the new Xbox. Tough choice, though. I would say hold off. It would have been great to have the ability to buy individual cars from the MP.
Unless an event uses the cars will you?
I more than likely won't be getting the next gen xbox anytime soon after release due to the fact I just bought my xboxs a little over a year ago. Plus I don't ever buy electronics until I know they have worked the kinks out. Xbox 360 Gen 1-3 are prime examples why I don't. Never have, never will buy day 1. I'm happy with what I got for now. And when I buy a new system I don't buy just 1. I have to buy 2, 1 for me, 1 for the wife. Maybe 3 for the next console due to the kid getting older. So another reason why I'm rather weary about buying day 1. I don't need the problems and issues of new electronics.
I was thinking about the season pass thing because there does seem to be alot of higher end cars that I wouldn't mind using, partially because of your series too Snappy. Right now I'm using mainly my Unicorns due to the boredom of the other cars. Something new and exciting. I guess maybe if the DLC or Season Pass to go on sale I'll get them.
I bought the season pass. It's just like the other DLC's. Some are good, some are Meh.
And you always want what you don't have. I'd like to have the DLC's you have, and you'd like to have the DLC's I have.
If you're gonna play it for a while and you're bored with the cars you have, get it.
If you're just into speed, look at your friends/club leaderboard list and see how many top 10's are in the DLC?
If you've caught the painting bug at all, the more the merrier...
Been using P2S and I'm just about at my goal of 2000 points which in turn I'll spend on a 1600 Microsoft Points code. $20 towards my Season Pass. Nice. Gotta love doing surveys to get free shit. I'm also 1/4 of my goal away on Bing by using BingRewards towards another 400 MP code. Just by searching on Bing instead of Google. So I'll drop $5/$30 for season pass. I can always use referals to get my points up on both sites if anyone is interested in helping me...........
I think the season pass might be worth $5-$10 USD right?
