Bioware Winter Break and NEW PACKS!!!

So the Bioware crew is taking off the rest of the year so there will be two challenge weekends missed (12/28 and 1/4). To help compensate they released the 3 remaining Retaliation characters and added 2 new pack types to the store. The Reserves Pack gives a character card and the Arsenal Pack gives a weapon card. I imagine they will still unlock Lvl IV equipment though if you have everything maxed out. Per Bioware you can get UR drops out of these new packs.
