Request: Page count at the top of a thread
Any way to get a page counter at the top of the page instead/as well as at the bottom? It'd make it easier to jump around a discussion without having to scroll to the bottom of a page to skip to another page.

I hate having to scroll to the bottom of a thread once I open it just to get to the last page.
