Once i've fully set everything up and unlocked some cars i'd love to join you guys, but i don't know how i'll drive with the no hitting other car rule that Sarcasmo has told me about..

Well currently i only have it setup with 2 screens (Left and Middle screens). The third i have setup directly to my PC so i can record the 3 screens. I can setup all 3 at once but its a pain in the ass to do. I only do that on special occassions. I have two 24" Playstation 3D Displays setup and i have a third Dell monitor for when i do try out the three screens.

So you use 2 Xboxes or 3? I've been wanting to get more info on setting up side window monitors. My biggest problem with club racing events on 1 screen is I'm always running into cars in my blind spots. I hate doing that so I've been practicing a lot in hopes of  improving my skills and racing a cleaner style.

Been doing a lot of A, B, C and E class circuit online lobbies. Usually still finishing in the bottom third but every now and then I get lucky and get a podium.

You guys need to get out of the public lobbies and into some runs with the club.

You'll learn more from running with us AND get less abuse doing so, a win/win situation to be sure.

Oh, and don't listen to Jones, he's a  grump (not really, but he like's everyone to think so).

If you're making a serious effort and bumping people, they'll make suggestions, polite ones, offer tips, and give you a little extra room, maybe not in that order. cool

Also a side benefit, is the opportunity to get a few tunes, maybe even a car or two.

You definitely need to come run with us some hitman. We do try to run clean, but we also understand that it's going to happen. especially for the newer driver. Your skill will improve much more quickly in a room with us than they will in a public room or sp game. Don't forget I do racing school sessions too if you really want to get serious about it. But ultimately, skill level just boils down to more time in the seat.

One other thing....You mentioned unlocking some cars, We can always provide you with some decent cars to help get you rolling too. We've got people here with more money in game than they know what to do with anyway.

When in public lobbies, this is the one thing that bothers me the most. Been racing a lot of public C class Circuit and some of those cars (Chevy Spark???) are insanely fast off the line.  The fastest C class 204C club car I've found is the Honda Del Sol shared by anthonyjkiller (PI 425), but even it is no match for some of the builds I've seen. Combine that with my limited driver skills and zero tuning skills and I'm at the tail end most every time. Understand that I want to win, but NOT BY RECKLESS DRIVING. I refuse to bash and dash like most others in the public lobbies do. At this time in my racing career :-) I just want to learn to race hard and clean, develop my passing skills and learn to be patient, something that has never been my forte.

I would not mind paying credits for some good builds/tunes, as I'm up to about 58 million credits now and rarely spend anything anymore.

I've been avoiding the club races because I don't do building/tuning and I just don't think I'm good enough at driving yet. The last club race I ended up rear ending someone and knocked them out of contention. I HATE THAT!!!

Cotter, perhaps we can do some more training sessions sometime.

Look me up for a F/R and look online on the weekend nights. Many random pick up groups where we'll run anything from E-R2 but mostly C-S. It's a run what ya brung, BS with the buddies kinda thing, no pressure, no stress, and a lotta trash talk. Good fun and good seat time.
