How to unsubscribe from threads?

Hey guys,

There are threads that don't interest me anymore, but I still get updates from. For some threads I don't mind, for others I just want them gone. Is there a way for me to unsubscribe from selected threads? I can't seem to find this out by myself and I apologize. I coast through a normal day stimmed up on post-surgery painkillers, and less than normal days, those dosages can be double that. Sometimes, easy stuff is hopelessly oblique to me.

If someone can explain the process to me using idiot-bullets steps, I would be most grateful. Thanks in advance.
