The build has changed. The DRAG tires proved unmanageable with this car. The build now has SPORT tires and some other minor changes. The car is fun to drive and with the gear ratios set evenly across the board the racing should be close. The car has a sport transmission and the final drive must be set to 4.68 for all drivers. Other than that, tune till you get it feeling the way you like. Races will be 20 laps with a mandatory pit after lap 10.
Race 1 - Laguna Seca
Race 2 - Iberian Full
Race 3 - Road Atlanta Full
Race 4 - Motegi (West ?)

Do you have a timeslot you are planning on running this? I can then update the schedule.
Same slot as the Multi-Class was in. 9 pm Eastern on Sunday nights.
We still need to select tracks and race lengths. I will wait for feedback on the cars from participants.
Races will be 20 laps on medium to short tracks. No more than 25 - 30 minutes.
Anyone interested in a few practice races tonight in the V6 Clio? I really need to get some feedback about the cars and narrow down the track list.
Parcells could make it if you guys arent racing too late. if you get a chance snappy please send me the build else I'll get it off your storefront no worries.
Ill be on at about 9pm EST. meanwhile, the build is on my SF. I'll get an FR out to you Chief.
Can you gift me the build so I can apply my tune to it?
Thanks
That was some awesome racing. Almost forgot we were testing. LLol
Now we just need to apply a little paint to the cars and make a promo vid. Thanks again guys for helping me out.
Fantastic racing.
agreed.
Here's my car. Designed and painted by Shrimp. It's such a slick design I just couldn't bring myself to clutter it up with sponsor decals.
Going to run a couple 18 lap races to see how tire wear is. Road Atlanta tonight. I know...short notice. Next week-Laguna Seca. Join us. The racing has been awesome.
Can't make snappy haven't been home with access to the Xbox all weekend.
Just a reminder that this Sunday will be a full length practice race to test the tires. When we did 18 laps at Road Atlanta the tires wore down to over 70% but the times remained consistent. A couple more laps and who knows what could happen. Come join us.
Lets see some more race paint posted in here as well.
It might be worth looking at adding aero, forcing it to be set at full aero (to remove the tuning variable, and even the field so to speak) then adding power to pick up the speed gained.
Possibly even adding more weight into the car and with the combination of aero and more power be as fast as before the extra weight.
All of this is only a suggestion for increasing tire wear.
I'd be shocked if the aero idea does in fact increase tire wear. In the real World for sure but I'm skeptical Forza has this level of realism. I still like Snappy's (sorry "gentleman racer") idea of no aero because of full SIM damage.
This series will most likely have some close racing. Damaged aero would cripple people's cars in the event of contact.
The best suggestion for FM5 that I have heard yet is to make tire wear a setting separate from sim damage. Would save a lot of headaches.
