most of the graphics are on the logo cars for the top one, and the hood/fender layout's easy peasy. Just start out with a metallic red car and mask everything in white to get the desired "red" stripes". The SSR would have to be mocked up, but it looks a bit like the BMW thingie. Mugen's on the cars, use it all the time, Bridgestone too, just need the hybrid under the door, easy peasy. I have all DLC except a couple cars from point of purchase at the start. I bet that would look good on the NSX though...
I got the main graphics done, not 100% happy so ima be tweaking them, thinking this is gonna be my first real project. Get it looking sweet, get it handling even better (whilst keeping the mods close to what the Mugen version is in rl) and then evolve it, may not be a rapid beast, but its already fun to drive.
Top car isn't in the game is it? Both are simple designs, but you have to put them on something...
The CR-Z is dlc, i know you cant have the race bodykit for it, but i think it would look cool on thebase Cr-z

this one is a little better, not sure how i'd get the gold and red to look metallic. And hell yeah that'd be nice on an NSX
Like Oldschool said, you can paint the car metallic gold then mask off in white. You could get away with the red being non metallic. The rest is easy.

I have the front, hood, etc done, but I have to do the CR-Z and the hybrid left. And I have to leave it for a bit, real life.
