Let's do it! Most days are fine for me in the evening, just need to know a day or two in advance and I can fit it in my schedule.

Thursday won't work for me, but don't let that stop you guys if you need to get a sub. FYI I'm going on vacation on Tuesday, hopefully we can get it scheduled before then.
Friday would work best for me.
Saturday during the day would be best for me, although Friday could work depending on how early it is.
I'd say any time before 4PM Central on Saturday, or before 7PM Central on Friday. Sunday would be wide open from what I can see right now.
I can do Saturday between 1 pm CST and 7pm CST. Or before 7 pm CST on Sunday.
