I was so mad at myself spinning in one of my best corners and I was so far behind I figured, what was the point. Still scored last. I did however learn a ton watching Max and Grim during practice. You helped me on several turns.
Next week I will drop the lowest race from the Asian segment from your total. Next week the series heads to Maple Valley Full
Strong turnout for the north American room with some new faces and 15 racers, Little rough the first couple laps but we got it sorted out eventually. The pit road entrance played a major role in the outcome. Congrats to Church and Gizmo on the wins!

It was a real fun race with the pack being so close and with the race coming down to pit strategy it makes up for my horrible experience of missing the race on the first week due to gateway issues
I did not have a good race at all... Horrible start. Horrible re starts on the cautions. Finally got some decent rounds in only to tangle with max on the last damn lap. Sorry max that was my fault on the little bump I thought you were going to save it... I backed out too. Just a shit race in my opinion. Congrats to gizmo anyhow on the well earned victory. If passing would have been allowed on that straight, whos to say you would not have been 2-3 wide, 5 rows deep at the next corner which was a very tight left hander. But it really sucks to when we re-start and then you just kind of can't re-start because the people in front of you aren't going much if any faster than caution speed.

Every caution was a shambles. In the rules it states 40mph under caution. I think thats a little low personally, if i am at the front of a caution i generally keep the speed to 55mph. Everyone should have been single file but we had some 2 wide, even 3 wide at times, some were also not keeping to a set speed, but accelerating then braking, accelerating, barking, which causes everyone else to do this which results in people hitting each other.
- Race leader will call out a countdown, 3*2*1 GO, once all racers are grouped up (within a car length of each other) and up to caution speed (40mph).
As the leader for some of those restarts, I gotta say my first one was comically bad. As far as the accordion effect, that's the physics and psychology behind traffic not moving as quickly when theres a certain number of vehicles in a finite space lineally I think.

Should just do it how they do in the btcc. All restarts carry on after the last turn and you can overtake once you have crossed the start/finish line.
Also the lead car does not count down. He goes when he wants after the last turn and before the start finish line.
Keeps people on your toes and if you crap out you get passed after the start/finish line
I have always favoured this, same as they do in F1. Lead car becomes the pace car, no overtaking until the start/finish line
