Oldschool, the Dino is actually a Horizon gift. I thought the same thing originally, I got the one unicorn but not the Dino, then I played Horizon and there was the mail notifying me of the Dino deliver and the 120k.
The Tokens issue has been fixed but it looks like the DLC purchased was also messed up. I bought the Horizon Top Gear pack and it was only showing up as 1 purchase on the rewards site. It now says five. I guess each purchaseable car in the pack was supposed to count towards the DLC category. Cool.
The new Rewards are available, Tier 4 rewards for Forza 4 are the BMW M3 GTR and 2010 Ford Shelby GT500 Unicorns and 20,000 credits. Tier 4 rewards for Horizon are the 1991 Honda CRX SiR and 2010 Mercedes AMG black and 20,000 credits. Tier 5 Rewards are 2,000,000 for both Forza 4 and Horizon. Personally I think the Tier 4 Rewards are better.
I don't need cars, tokens or credits in FM4 BUT what about 5? I want what ever there giving when that comes out. It will really be hard to put that horizon disc or FM2 back in then.
I haven't looked closely myself but it seems there is a small issue with the Reward Cars gifted out this month.

I picked up a copy today at GameStop for less than $3, did the money glitch and plan to get all the achievements that are still attainable.
I have all DLC, in fact all cars except one of the preorders, and I looked at it, don't want it...
I'm going to look for the FM2, if I can find it that cheap, just for the hell of it, but tier 5 stuff doesn't mean anything to me from what I can see.

I am ready to start leveling up on FM2 but waiting to get the new tier 4 before i move to tier 5

If you don't need 2 million credits, you probably don't need a token...although, if they give them away, that does bump up the acheevos I guess. (?)
I see I have 2 listed, and they were given away to me awhile back for something. Never bought one.
And I'm not fussing Max, I just don't see any reason to put Horizon back in my XBox.

I know what you mean, I dont like putting the Horizon disc in myself, but then i have most of all the achievements, hence why i concentrating on FM2.

After reading that they can remain black AND be messed with, I might play with mine a bit...hell I think I have 5 of the BMW's now...
The rims are silver but the whole car is black with no badges. Looks cool
The BMW above's got black rims? Can't really see the Mustang, I'll have to look at mine.
