OP updated.
I will make a list of cars that can run this in the third post. I have missed some but if you build one let me know and I can add it to the list.
Also Sign Up sheet fixed.
Cheers
Oh yes im in
Will be in the garage a bunch for this one. Going to be fun building up some cars!
how bout the 04 civic type r?
If you can get it in the specs its good
The lowest PI I got for a car was about 530 the highest about 610
But that was just putting parts on the cars and no real thought.
ok thanks,,, as long as they meet specs, its good
Yeah.
If your unsure on if its a coupe please ask and I will set the definition on it.
Other than that, as long as its post 2004, weighs more than 2700lbs has less than 350BHP and not 4WD your good to go.
What about the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI (RWD)?
As if there was any other car I was going to drive!
Thanks to Max for some of the logos!
2010 Civic type R?
I didn't see it on the list. IDK if it won't make weight or what. I didn't try to build one yet.
I have a feeling I'll be in the Vauxal Insigna (RWD conversion)
I'll be in the 2010 Audi S4. I'll get signed up and try and make as many as possible.
I had it 'RIGHT' at 2700lbs and then noticed that I was building to 370hp not 350hp.....Oh well it's still my car
Like the different starting grid for each race just remember as host you'll need to remember to change the ordering before each race. Also please fix the typo in rule 7 (second "2" should be "1") else I have a whole new set of questions for you and I'm assuming you do mean to have race 2 the fastest drivers out front and not reverse lobby too...I think its great just want to make sure that was your intent.
Originally I thought my forthcoming idea is a good one but it may over complicate things when really, who gives a fuck so feel free to totally disregard...
Only because the number of race participants vary why not standardize the handicap drop to "place in the bottom x% and lose 5% handicap" where "x" could be 25 or 30% etc. It boils down to a predetermined table showing exactly what position (or lower) you need to finish to lose your handicap. If you do want to adopt this Church just let me know the percentage you want to use and I'll have a table ready for today.
Also I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure the negative sign you used in front of the 5% coupled with the word lose makes that a double negative, hence you're saying you actually gain 5% handicap and you call yourself an event organizer
I also barely caught you made Parcells a race steward. I'm honoured Sir, thank you! At least I think thank you, on second thought this may not be so great :) but what do I care? In that regard though I have my first official race rules recommendation and it needs to be done in public...
Can we please tweak the NON Contact rule to something slightly less stringent? Everyone knows for a fact there will be contact and plenty of it so who are we kidding and this one does happen to be a BTCC event to boot? Its impossible to effectively apply standardized common sense but how about something along the lines of...
"This is a NON-Contact event. However lightly rubbing or leaning on another car is allowed as long as it doesn't result in rubbing the other car into a) a wall or barrier, b) a 3rd/4th car, c) a totally different direction or d) anything too aggressive that may prompt your opponent to submit a complaint against you. Please drive clean and respectfully."
I was thinking of driving the Ford Focus FWD 2013. I'd appreciate any help with the build/tune. Thanks
