This may already be known by many people, but it was a surprise to me. I was in World Series Of Poker and I went to the in-game menu to buy gold, which has prices listed in MSP. A new window opened explaining the transition from MSP to local currency. The next message said Microsoft was depositing $5 into my account. It may happen the first time anyone buys something for all I know, but I got $5 worth of free gold. I am pleased.
