Is there a demo. I haven't seen one on the dashboard. How are the physics? Is it like NFS Shift2? You know, floaty.

No, not in stores until December. However it looks like it is available for download from XBL. I was wanting to review it, but only as a rental...I'm not paying $60 for an F1 game when my XBone still is not paid for.

I have F1 2013 for PC.  I also had F1 2011 and F1 2012 for PC, and I briefly had F1 2010 for Xbox 360.  F1 2013 is easily the best game in the series.  The graphics are incredible, both for the modern F1 cars and tracks, as well as the classic content.  I use my Fanatec CSW with Formula rim and it feels virtually perfect after I fine tune the on wheel and in game settings.  I also added some assists, as the cars are very difficult for me to drive with no assists.  blush  The FFB and physics are a cross between arcade and sim, definitely more on the sim side, but certainly not as tough as rFactor 2 or iRacing.  The AI is pretty tough.  I am playing everything on Easy skill level and it is still tough to win a race unless I know the track very well and am able to get off to a really good start.  Driving in wet weather is almost impossible for me, but it seems like the top dogs have little difficulty with it.  The modern F1 cars have tons of grip, as you would expect, but if you screw up a corner, you will spin, even if you have some assists enabled.  The classic F1 cars are definitely different to drive than the modern cars and one another.  They look and sound fantastic.  There is plenty to do.  You can do the full career mode for the modern F1 cars, where you start as Caterham, Marussia, Toro Rosso, Lotus, Williams or Force India and work your way up from there and hope for a contract offer from a better team.  You also can do the seasonal challenge as any team, including Red Bull with shorter races and a shorter season.  There are scenarios for both the modern and classic F1 cars and tracks, where you have to complete a certain challenge using a particular car and track.  I have yet to try the online multiplayer and so I cannot comment on that.

Anyway, I am not a huge open wheel guy or F1 fan, but this game is definitely good fun.
