Spot maintenance on psn servers was the cause. Depends on what server your info is stored on. My list was gone a couple days ago and haven't had a problem since.

Happened to me. I only panicked a little...just a little.
After what I went through getting my M$ account back, I'm just a bit on edge when it comes to my PSN account going AWOL.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I spy a warp zone!
