Saying that something is the greatest thing since sliced bread seems like a bit of a gamble to me...what if the person you are talking to doesn't like sliced bread? You never know if the person likes unsliced bread or they could be the descendant of the inventor of chopped bread, which was overshadowed by the invention of sliced bread causing this person to harbor a dark and violent resentment against you just for bringing up a sore subject. You should always establish whether the person has a favorable opinion of sliced bread before you carelessly start dropping euphemisms.

The Miller Beer plant in Fort Worth is right next door to Mrs. Baird's Bread, and Miller used to buy yeast from Mrs. Bairds to use in the beer. Don't feel bad, I've done my fair share of drinking. I will drink a beer every once in a while but it has been almost a decade since I've been drunk. I was asked to leave both Target and Starbucks that night and I got into a fistfight with an ATM machine.
