Who is going to host room A ? Can we start bit erlier to check connection ?
If you are on earlier you may see a few of us online before the race.
If you have connection problems maybe it would be a good idea to test your connection in advanced not just before a race, otherwise it holds up the start for the rest of the lobby

Looks like Parcells will miss the inaugral race guys. A decision has been made to get together for some beers and food and to watch the Conference championships games which should be fantastic so good luck and see you next week.

Hey guys, I think I am going to sit this one out. I kinda reached a saturation point with the game. Not going to give up entirely, just take a brake for a bit.

Is strange - i had some training with some of You guys and connection been pretty good - no lags - no connecting problem.
Then after CPro set new sesion i wasn't able to connect.
Anyone know the structure of network ? Is it running on Turn10 servers or MShit ? Is any chance to ping it to check ? Is the host person important from way of stability and speed of connection ?
I will check all my shit for next week but will try 2 rooms again!

I agree about the 911 classic. built one after the race and was definately 1.5 to 2 seconds a lap faster than any other car on the track and the best handling car by far.
Also at the race starts there was a lot of banging and shoving.
Sorry I missed the race, guys. I could not find the Room B. I did not have time to check this forum between the Barcelona game and the race. Should be there next week.
No caution rule in this one? As Dave said, there was alot of pushing and shoving at the first turn in each race. If i pushed someone off, i apologize for that.
I also noticed that there was alot of players that was lagging, which made it even harder to make a clean pass. (if it was on my part i do not know)
But for me, that race is now history and im looking for the next one.
My apologies Church, I had some serious lag and I think we had a coming together into the 1st corner and I span you out, then someone hit me so hard from the back.
I've had enough already, so many issues last night with the room, my wheel, my mic, my xBox and my driving!
I ran lots of laps on Saturday night in my 997 then during the race it was like I was driving a different car all together!! Not sure if it was lag or just me but I'm not going to run this one, it wasn't fun for me and that's the whole point.
I noticed a lot of small lag last night, I was following people and seeing gains/losses of a couple of car lengths, making (as Jorm said) passes very hard as you couldn't judge braking evry well.
Not sure I can blame the race 3 bump into Church on that though... looked a replay and seems I tank-slapped as Church passed by. Sorry!
I'm happy to stay in my Skyline, the the 5 drivers from room B had 4 different cars so should be OK. Could always add some weight to thePorsches?

Bummed I missed the race. Checked and was able to get on in a public lobby but could not get on with you. Will try again next week.
What kind of times did you have in the races and what kind of cars. I have the Mercedes 190 and my best lap 1:01.9

I got into the B lobby, then the first combined lobby but could not get into CPros lobby due to NAT issues. WTF I was bummed.
To be fair there was i think 5 MPR drivers in the lobby and obviously MPR are running the 911.
As there should be 2 seperate rooms this will sort that issue out.
