My csr pedals took a shit. If anyone has a set floating due to upgrading your console or your pedals, I would like to get your old csr pedals. Send me an email at kanebot@gmail.com to contact me. I got money, if that's what u like. Holla!

I'm squirreling away some money, so someday. I need the console, the game, and a wheel. So I'll have (XB)one, just not tomorrow! And not buried in snow anymore, just drowning! Lots of standing water last couple of days.

Is there a wheel for Xbox one that doesn't cost $399? Jesus.

It is expensive, but worth every penny, hassle and all.  The Thrustmaster TX is easily one of the best wheels I have ever used.  I like it better than several wheels I previously owned, including the Fanatec GT2, CSR and CSR Elite wheels.

I have to agree with Lawyer. As much as I loved my GT2, the FFB in the TX is quite a bit stronger and the overall feel of the wheel just seems smoother to me. Now, it's hard to tell if it's the improved physics engine in FM5 or the wheel that should get the credit, but regardless the overall experience for me is better than my FM4 setup w/ GT2 and Club Sport Pedals. There are two shortcomings, IMO, that are both solvable. The stock pedals are OK, but inferior to the Club Sports (the iRacing review Gave the pedals a 7 out of 10, which I would agree with) but Mr. Basher is working on an adapter for the CSPs to correct that short coming. The stock wheel seems like a cheap piece of plastic, but I took the advice of Lawyer's and others reviews and ordered the Ferrari Challenge wheel from the start and never yolk the stock wheel out odd the packing plastic. In summary, i'm enjoying the hell out of FM5 thanks to the TX wheel.

Its a shame that Thrustmaster and Turn 10 have messed up the marketing of the TX wheel and Forza 5.  Once you get past the problems, including the reliability issues with the TX, lack of quality with the stock rim and the uproar over changes to the Forza franchise, you end up with one of the best sim racing experiences you can get.  Forza 5 was recently patched.  As part of that patch, the controller conflict issue with the TX was resolved.  The TX is also now shipping with the current firmware installed and so there is less chance you will need to upgrade the firmware out of the box.

I will note that the stock TX pedals are not as bad as I originally reported.  I have been using them for over a month now and they are fine.  I do miss the progressive resistance of the Basherboards modded T500 pedals and the load cell equipped Clubsports and so once Basherboards releases the adapter that will allow me to use the Clubsports with the TX, I will be removing the stock TX pedals from my wheel stand and will instead bolt on the Clubsports.  The TX pedals will serve as a back up to both my T500 and my Clubsport pedals.
