The PS4 version of Dead Nation is very disappointing. Graphically, it is almost identical to its PS3 counterpart with minimal differences. If you were to just see the game on the TV, you would not guess that it was on a PS4. The game is so freakin' dark you cannot see 90% of what's going on. If you were expecting a next gen remake, you'll be disappointed.
Well I decided to take the game out for a boot, and play with my brother offline co-op, and about 45 minutes later, neither one of us could tolerate it any further. First off the game is so frickin dark, even if you go to settings and brighten it up; and I found the targeting so way off, it wasn't enjoyable to play at all. I can't remember what the name of it, but there was a game similar to this on the Xbox 360, but your shooting was done entirely by the right stick, and you fought zombies and used the environments to aid you ???
Dead Nation was a really fun game. If you haven't had a chance to play it, now is the time.
I'm going to grab this shortly. Grabbing Tomb Raider at the moment on the PS3.
Think that was a free xbox gold game. Not my style but some will enjoy it.
It's like a zombie apocalypse version of Diablo without the loot drops, not bad for a free game, pretty easy Trophies.
