With the xb1 any gamertag you create has gold on your home xb1. I don't know if you can see who is following someone else, but it might be any easy way if a 2old2ptitanfall is created and just join up with the followers.
I'll be picking up the bundle and downloading it. Feel free to add me too, my GT is insurgentt. I've played Battlefield and COD with PPC and a couple other clans on here.
Anyone getting it at midnight release? I think I am.
Getting mine at midnight because I'm leaving the following morning for vacatiion(12hrs of sebring)At least I can get a few games in before I'm gone for a week.

I'll be downloading at midnight...not sure how long that will take. My Ghosts download took about 6 hours, so morning might be my first venture out since beta.
So an observation which strikes me as a bit weird...
Is the interest in this game just limited on the site or are there just so few FPS players left hanging around on the site? This is a fairly big change to the genre, probably the most significant that has happened in this genre on this website since COD4(MW1) took away a chunk of the crowd, that before it's release, was primarily all about Halo. Yet there are probably about a dozen people is all that are posting anything about the game or that seem more than just casually interested. If something like this had been released 5 years ago, TF would have had hundreds of individual posts, dozens of topics and have the site all abuzz. Just seems to be very limited interest so I am wondering if it is the site or the game interest itself...

I don't have the experience here that many of you do and certainly not with any of the clans. However, to me it seems like traffic is just low and people aren't posting.
I have some friends that are really excited for the game and some that don't seem to even be following the game. Perhaps the people that aren't following the game just assume it's another FPS. I mean, it is kind of "just another shooter", but I've seen enough to think it will be different enough to gather a nice following.
Overall, I think interest in the game is pretty high and I expect to see lots of folks playing it on my FL.
I guess it is a testament to how rarely I check in myself due to the fact that I never saw those posts, so I guess I am part of the problem. As one of the first 10 members of this site, and it's predecessor requiring us to move over here, I should probably be doing more to participate and see what I can do. I'll have to rap out with Doodi and see what I can do to help...the fact that such a big game like TF barely moves the needle here is a clear picture that something needs to be different.
I'm looking forward to picking back up with more 2o2p folks for Titanfall. I've never really felt like committing to any one particular clan, but I'm more than willing to play with any group, as long as people are playing to win.
As far as forum activity goes, yeah it is a bit demoralizing to see myself being the last post in certain forums for days on end. Maybe some kind of forum consolidation is in order? Either that, or somehow promote this community better (on other gaming forums, maybe by rocking a "2o2p" clan tag more often and inviting players to parties, posting more community gaming videos on Youtube?). I first heard about this site when Chris Watters from Gamespot.com name-dropped 2old2play on some of his BFBC2 videos, so maybe there could be some friendly reaching out to others in the gaming industry?
Here's hoping TF will revitalize the community a little bit,
Yeah, my 360 list is packed to the gills. I assume you're trying to add me like that, then.
Going back a bit, there was a shit ton of activity around Halo 2, it dropped a small tick at Halo3, but we had a ton of participation. Reach pushed a lot of those folks and teams out, along with some franchise fatigue, I'd reckon. There hasn't been a good reason to get folks back together since then. Halo 4 was a step in the right direction, but that withered on the vine when it wasn't supported and the maps weren't very fun. There are some stalwarts that still play, though.
I mention Halo and not the other titles because it seems that this board, in addition to having a strong console bias (and an Xbox bias to boot) also has a strong FPS bias (a Halo one). Lots of folks played Call Of Duty, but that put a stake through the custom games community, because people only wanted to pub stomp and level up. Titanfall is an interesting take on the genre, and I know there are a lot of folks that are hoping it'll suck them back into gaming regularly (myself included).
Blimey57,xbone.. I will be out the first week as I leave for the 12 hours of sebring Tuesday morning......don't rank up too much before I get back!

I think I added everyone on the list. I think Dixon and Lou might have full friends lists because it wouldnt process for the two of you.
Yeah I didn't think about that. I just did it from live not realizing it would default to 360. I'll resend tonight.

I'm on the Xbox One. I'll be playing this throughout the day Tuesday. Will have to eat and poop once in a while.
