A little late, but I made it!
A little late, but I made it!
Finally got the PS3 and GT6!!! Picked it up yesterday around noon and played all day since I had nothing better to do. I wanted to get some time in and get comfortable before I venture into the online races.
It's so good to be back in the world of GT. So far, I got my National A license, I've been chipping away at the career races and exploring everything. I began building my garage, up to this point I have a fully built 1st gen Celica and Shelby GT350R, as well as a few stockers I haven't began building up yet. I'm in Japanese car heaven again, just like the old days. I love the vast amount of JDMs GT always has.
I love everything. The environment cycles (especially the night racing!), the huge track selection, the tire smoke, the vintage wheel selection, the rally, the tuned cars and the GT specials. So far there's only one thing that disappoints me, the engine sounds. The engine audio sucks, but everything else is so awesome I really don't care too much.
After a days worth of settling in, I think I'm ready to join some lobbies. Looking forward to doing some racing, although I don't have many cars right now.
Anyways, see ya on the track!
Bout time! Looking forward to seeing you on the many many tracks GT has to offer. Will be fun to see you at Monday nite madness when you get the cash for a stock car.The seasonals are a good way to make money when your at 200 percent.
Busted ass and got a stock car for tonight. I'm ready to roll.
Ah well thats 1 more less on FM4.
I used to love running the Monday night madness on FM4
I'm still on FM4...
Granted, I will be spending more time on GT6 now until I get adjusted.
The way I see it is, FM and GT are both great in their own ways. Which means I'll never put FM4 down...
I did like Monday night madness better on FM4, mainly because I'm having a hard time adapting to the PS3 pad. I'm still waiting on my adapter for the 360 controller. I don't like the triggers on the PS3 controller. I feel like the inputs aren't as smooth as the 360 pad... Plus that NASCAR crap is hard for me without a wheel, it's incredibly hard to be smooth in the corners on a pad. Makes me nevous in close quarters racing...
Congrats Driveby. It will be great to race with you in GT6. I can't make the race tonight but I'll be there in spirit.
Hope to see you on the track soon fella!
Regardless of which one you play its INK'S fault if the screen locks up..
