My day one controller flexes. I bouth the Titanfall controller and another standard controller. Both of these new controllers that were purchased in March feel much stonger than the day one contorller. I noticed they don't flex at all. I have had the odd random controller disconnecting problem happen twice. Happened after I did the controller update so not sure if that had anything to do with it, had not happened prior to that update.
My ti tanfall controller disconnected several times last night.... strange
Are you using that headset adapter? If so, stop and see if it goes away. Someone I was playing with said there disconnect problem went away when they stopped using it.

I've noticed my day one controller has a wierd "click" with the right thumbstick when roataing towards the left. The extra one I purchased doesn't seem to have that issue, however.
It looks like it may just be the Day One controllers that were hastily slapped together...can't wait to retire this creaking piece of shit.

Low batteries will cause the disconnect, from my experience.
Poorly aligned batteries may be possible?

My titanfall controller is holding up much better then the non day 1 controller that came with my One.
