Good thing we, the tax payers, spent ALL that fucking money bailing them out...

That's an incorrect statement, someone spent it FOR us.

But before that it was Mercedes, so meh. I have a Dakota with the 4.7 Mercedes designed motor in it and it's been a really dependable ride. I hear good things from the latest Viper, FIAT has some resources to draw on, like Ferrari, so good things might happen.

With $6k a year in chemo payments, I couldn't afford a Challenger or even a Charger. Can't afford my dream car (1969 Dart) for same reason. So i got an affordable Avenger. The stickers were from the factory Hun lol.

Every time we take a trip to Tulsa, we rent either a Charger or a Challenger. The rental place gave us an Avenger once instead of the Charger and I'm still kinda mad about it....that was 4 years ago.

i NEVER understood why people called cars "sexy", until I stood next to a new challenger. It made me tingly in my lady junk. True story.

We have a plan to go back to Vegas someday. Part of the plan is to rent a Challenger and take it out of the city for a badass drive.

The rental place always gives us a 6-cylinder eco-boost engine that gets very good mileage...somewhere close to 30 mpg when she drives, and even I get between 18-22 mpg with my foot in it. Lake Mead may be an interesting drive if you're headed back to LV.

That's kinda they way I feel about my Harley Kit.

I was sitting at a light on my "Honda" one day and a Harley pulled up behind me. Couldn't see it, heard it and felt it. (wow)  Sold it and had me a Harley, Bam...

I tell everyone it's the first bike I ever owned that was fun sitting still....got three outside now.

Jones, I hope you weren't too abusive with the rental agent...

I do like the new Chargers , in that really bright red. Love the Challengers.

Think how Dax must be feeling right about now?

Check out the new sig. I have a little wrench in the top left corner of my screen and an edit button. Does anyone get the feeling that we are about to see some mind-blowing confessions from Oldschool?

If anyone's expecting anything profound from me, there's a long line of disappointment ahead...

Jones, I'd hope you have a better strength of charcter than to succomb to something like that.

Morning all!

I hope so too, amigo, but the temptation to cause chaos is almost unbearable.

This is how I would feel. If I was ever in a position of power on this site I'd be out of power in one day.

Oh, it's not a position of power, it's a service position and I love the site too much to take advantage of my level of access. However, I'm thinking of editing Dixon's "shit connoisseur" remark into a statement of adoration towards me. That will be fun.

You know, the mere mention of Dixon and a thread dies...

Yeah, you have a point. I usually just refer to him as "Monkeyman." Perhaps the key to success is not mentioning him by name.

Okay Tuesday night was a viewing for a friends father, last night son's fiance' had an appendectomy(sp?), I can only wonder what tonight has in store for me. So far it's been a rough week.

I KNOW tomorrow night's Spider-Man at the theatre. ( It's me birthday...)

That sucks. I'm  having a fantastic week...two promotions and a raise and my gamerscore is about to roll 50K. Add the fact that I'm not turning a year older this week and I tentatively give this week the coveted and rarely bestowed "kick ass" rating.

Got the promotion/raise back in March, was really a surprise. I got called into the office and I actually asked "what'd I do now..."

Day older Jones, tomorrow I'll be a day older...
