Public Event Timer

We have all come across the bounty for Public Events, and it's kind of annoying waiting around for those to happen. I ran across the website destinypublicevents.com. It seems to be a fairly accurate timer of public event locations. 

In my experience, Public Events are a good way to farm Rep and Marks (2/5min). Plus you get a package for completing your first one of the day, and a small chance for Ascedent Material rewards. The timer was accurate within a couple minutes 4/5 times  when I was using it this weekend, but Public Events are not guaranteed to happen. Hope it helps.
