How does P&T company to Icebreaker? I have Icebreaker and use it every day, love the self generation of ammo. I also have a nice Legendary void sniper that I use every so often. Is P&T worth the coin when I already those two?
P&T is arc so a perfect complement to those two in PVE. I can't see it making any difference in PVP. Being invis from the side/back is a pretty small advantage.
I thought it was full invisability and off the radar like crouching in halo did in pvp. If not, than not as interesting. Should find out before blowing my strange coins.

I do know you'll still be able to see the lens glare in Crucible. As far as how long the invisibility lasts or works - no clue - but people will still see the glare when you are sniping.

This is what I meant. From the front it looks basically the same as any other sniper, so not a huge benefit in PVP. You only gain invis when scoped, and then you get lens glare. You are invis from the side.

Who sees the lense glare? Is it just the target? Will keeping the reticle a short ways off target till the last possible moment help? I almost always sweep the target with the scope reticle, and pull the trigger when it crosses the target. Seems there's almost never enough time to hover the reticle over/on the target.

Who sees the glare? Well, anybody looking in your direction when you are scoped-in. Just like it works with the other snipers.
