VOG run starting from conflux today need 4
Think this is stage 5 of 6 atheons conflux. Going to be on after noonish est depending on when yard work is done. I have 1 other person so I need 4 more. We have never finished this so anyone who has and would like to join 2/3rd through would be greatly appreciated.

Im up for it Sparty, just leveled up to 29 yesterday and need some raid gear for the next jump!

If you didn't get it and want to try again let me know. I've run the raid with a few people several times this weekend and learned quite a bit. Did the whole raid last night in 45 minutes. Not sure I rememer everything, but think I can get through it.
Available after 9pm Central Time for finishing Raid if needed and if 360 friends don't ask first (I'm at first checkpoint after the jump puzzle which I guess is the same as the beginning of Atheon's Conflux). If possible, please send XBox Live message 15 minutes before Raid start. I'll get the message on my phone and that will give me time to switch my router NAT from 360 to XB1 . If you aready have a full group: best wishes!

I'm glad I finished the jump puzzle with the group last week: it was a positive "out of my comfort zone" experience. But I wouldn't mind being checkpointed at that spot or the maze so I could practice them solo.
Got my wish: exited a late night Raid on Tuesday at the jump puzzle (in good conscience: the session was going to end before Atheon, anyway). Spent a fruitful 40 minutes on it last night. I'll share my experience for others similarly dexterity-challenged.
I found a way to skip all the disappearing platforms except two. While standing on your final bit of solid ground, look right. You will see a permanent cliff with a ledge. Jump there. Then jump right again to the next cliff ledge. From there, jump forward and down to the next-to-last disappearing platform (I jumped very soon after the immediate prior platform disappeared), then jump to the final one, then jump to your destination (the cliffs on the other side that looked so very far away at the start of all this).
If you are hovering in the air too long, zoom your weapon scope (thanks for that tip!). That will hasten your descent.
Hey Duke; Next Tuesday when we redo the raid again, I will show you how to make only 1 jump to get on the other side, without the towers.
Actualy I was watching my son play again today with some of his friends, and he was using his titian this time. Note that you can make that 1jump with all types... But he was going farther than before,. I asked him what are you doing? He explained that there is another chest on one of the towers,... wow this is great another chest that we have missed. Good to know for next time,but not sure if we will all be able to make it there,... it looked difficult as hell. Something to see on the next raid night on tuesday.
I'll have to look for that chest next time I play. Might suck for some of the people I play with who have to give up and go to orbit for that part. LOL

I've gotten across the jump puzzle once. I was the last guy to make it, while the rest were cracking good natured jokes - all in good fun. I was able to make it to the top ledge on the far side 3-4 times and thought I was doing pretty well, then I'd fall off the bottom ledge when I tried getting past the narrow part... till someone said you had to jump out, then boost and drift back toward the wall to get around the narrow part. That was all I needed. Still hate the puzzle...
2 clues I can give you,... the characters that had issues to make it where the Hunter and Warlock,... great I have a warlock - LOL
My son used his Titian, "Jump - Punch/hit - fall 30 stories then land with a punch" and walk away without a scratch - WTF!
Looked like you have to be all there if you want the chest to appear.
Location,... no I can't tell you everything, I know a lot of people on here hate that, they like looking around. :)
