N7 Weapons(Ultra Rares)
Im curious as to how common these weapons really are and which ones the 2o2p community has. Post what N7 weapons you have in here and roughly how many Spectre/Premium spectre packs you think you have opened. According to the Bioware forums its less than a 5 percent chance for an N7 weapon to drop out of a regular Spectre pack.
So far I have :
N7 Black Widow I (regular Spectre pack)
N7 Javelin I (regular spectre pack)
N7 Paladin I (regular Spectre pack)
N7 Wraith I (premium Spectre Pack)
N7 Sabre I (premium Spectre pack)
N7 Crusader I (commendation Pack)
I have bought roughly 50 Spectre packs and 6-8 Premium Spectre Packs, so so far my drop rate seems fairly high. The premium packs especially have been good to me.
Also my strategy was I bought Recruit Packs till I had all low weapons maxed, then vet packs to max out the next tier of weapons, then I moved on to Spectre packs. I think by maxing out the low end shit I increased my odds in Spectre packs as that shit wont drop anymore.
I only have the M-99 Saber which I got on my second spectre pack. Which was like my 6th or 7th purchase.
I have heard the recommendation of maxing out all weps and mods before moving on but haven't had the discipline. I tried to go back to recruit and veteran packs to max out mods but promptly got nothing but exp for classes I don't care about. I'd love to hear if anyone has more on how this theory works.
The N7 Crusader is one of the CE weapons and I'm pretty sure you can't get that out of a Spetre pack. That is Commendation pack only.

Yeah I know. I'm just saying you can't get it in a Spectre Pack.
Sabre and Paladin out of maybe 30 spectre and 4 or 5 premium packs. Widow is a V but no Black version yet. I do have lots of good shotguns and a million useless character points.
If they were to fix one thing, this would be it. IMO
I got a Javelin in the premium Spectre pack.
The only thing I am missing is a wraith but it would need to be preaty damn awesome to out class the geth shotty.

I do have a widow I. I dont use it but I do have the geth shotty up to IX
My Geth Shotty is X, i cheered when I got it but not because I use it and wanted it but because i'd stop getting the damn thing. So next crate i got after the Geth Shotty X'd out... Geth plama Rifle O_o
The only reason for this thread is so bunny can point out how much better he is than us.
Obviously..... he's like 300th in Canada. That's kind of a big deal :lol:
I switched my pack strategy to filling out the recruit and veteran weapons and upgrades. This has really gone well for me and I've gotten a few rares along the way. I'm anxious to get back to spectre packs (especially with the DLC) but have maxed out weapon mods makes a lot of difference as well.
I think they are just being generous. In only three super spectre packs I got the Batarian Sentinel, Geth Smg, Harpoon Gun and the Assault rifle. The credit glitchers should have everything by now.
I bought 3 spectre packs and one premium spectre pack last night and only got one of the new items.
But, I am also no where near maxed on any of the gold items, and I did get other things that I wanted (like medi gel max +1, krogan sentinel - which I never had yet, that N7 heavy pistol, some more armor piercing mods for sniper and pistols).
I have no idea how the Resurgance Packs are supposed to work next week. I guess like a Spectre pack except maybe it is guaranteed to have at least one of the new items in it?
Did a premium and a regular last night, only got the Geth SMG
I've gotten three justicars so far and no other new content out of the premium spectre packs...sure feels like I wasted 200,000 credits
