for me what stand out would be Too Human I kind of wanted to see how this unfolded
I absolutely agree. I think Too Human was one of the more under rated games on the 360 for it's action/rpg'ish genre. I thought their take on the Norse mythos was unique and the combat was good as well. The only thing that was a bit rough for me was the chance to find the 'red' items was IMO a bit too low.
I had originally read/heard that Too Human was supposed to be a trilogy. Be nice if someone picked it up, though I'm guessing that's pretty unlikely.

There are still times I dust off my old copy and play it I do agree Raider30 on all points the drop rate on the Reds was so low Ive played it so many times that I got a buch of Reds but not all the same
Jade Empire for xbox, for the change of scenery obviously
Arx Fatalis for pc, for the game mechanics
Legend of mystical ninja for n64, (yes, i count this as an rpg)
There were about five games in that series, they may not have been ported to the US, but at least they had sequels ;)
And they are platformers, I think.
So DOUBLY WRONG!!!!
Not an RPG, but Chromehounds.
Still the best team tactical shooter in my book.
I liked Gladius. One that comes to mind for me:
Vagrant Story

I spent hours on Gladius on gamecube...then gave up about 80% of the way through.

I only ever played the demo and loved it. Definetly regret not buying it. Such a shame.
