Firefall beta invite - Who wants one?
So I got one left. Who wants. it. You need a PC. Not a super powered PC, but something decent I suppose.
Anyways first come first serve. its possible i could be getting more invites so If someone already posts feel free to post as well and I can send another when/if I get it.

Thanks for the code! Downloaded it and tried it out last night.
It seems pretty cool so far. Played for a few hours and got my Assault class up to level 3. Seems like a game that would be MUCH better playing with some friends though.
Do you know if there is a way to review the curent mission log somewhere? I know you have some bullet-point info about the current quest on your screen, but I was wondering if I can review the entire dialog about the mission somewhere? I completely missed the dialog on my current mission as it was going on-and-on while I was balls deep in some giant battle at the time :(
Played some more last night and enjoyed myself. Got into a few groups doing those Thumper missions for resources (as well as going after those world events). Game was much better when working within a squad. Even with no real squad chatter going on, it was so much more fun working together.
Not sure if I like that you can switch classes whenever you want at a town (classes are called BattleFrames in this game... your suit of power armor). I'm a level 5 Assault, then I put on the Recon(sniper) Battleframe and it starts at level 1. So now I have a lower level class to run around with, but you don't get to redo any of the starter missions as that class. It seems like it would be a pain to level up all the different Battleframes as a single character. You'd be stuck to resource gathering, killing random enemies, or participating in those random events.

No I haven't a clue as to how one would review the mission log. Thats probably something that should be mentioned to the devs. I haven't gotten to play much of it som far with being out of town most of the week for work. I hope they do a good job and they make the F2P work. I know they have been working really hard and I think deserve it.

They haven't given me any invite codes (yet). Sounds like they hand them out once in a while, so when I get one, it's yours (assuming you don't have one by then!).

Oh yeah, something more on friends/squads. When you invite a friend into your squad, you may not even be on the same server. In order to get onto the same server, the invitee will need to enter:
/joinleader
in the chat window. That'll load you up into the same instance of the world as your squad leader!
