play with friends, have 3 assult classes and one support and everyone stay together so they can be revived. Thats the only way i finished enough to unlock the l85a2. playing with randoms is a waste of time because everyone runs everywhere. No team support with revives and such.
That assignment is terrible. Winning is a crapshoot unless you play with friends who are good at the game. I just played enough that the laws of probability led me to enough victories.

Yep. That's what I did too. I unlocked the acheivement, and haven't played it since. SQDM is a great way to kill your W/L ratio.

Maybe we could set a game of 16 members up for those who haven't unlocked it yet and are interested in getting a pretty good rifle.

I was stuck on 4 wins for ages and I kept getting killed by a guy with the m26 dart so next game I joined his team and guess what, we won and I got the unlock.
Took me forever when playing by myself with randoms. Best to try with some friends.
I don't even have the ribbon for 1 win of sqdm, nevermind the 5 wins for the assignment lol

Another option is 1 Recon with a TUGS, 1 Assault with Paddles and two support guys. Stick to one area of the map.
The best way to win at squad deathmatch is to simply be on the same squad as Soup!!!
