Got an email today with a Beta key for Torchlight 2 beta weekend :)
Anybody else get one? Kinda crappy I got one now, when I just started playing Diablo 3!
I'll hopefully be able to put some time into the Beta this weekend and perhaps post some of the thoughts (there is no NDA). I have Torchlight 1, but haven't played it a great deal, so I probably won't be able to compare the two all that well.

The Torchlight II Beta Weekend event starts on Friday, May 18th at 11:00am PDT and lasts until Tuesday, May 22nd at 11:00am PDT. You can start downloading and installing the Torchlight II Beta client now but you will not be able to log in until the start of the Beta Weekend event.

Just got the first one off Steam not that long ago after some prodding from a bud of mine. It's definitely fun. One of my few go-tos (along w/ Civ5) when I'm not turning a wheel somewhere.
Looking forward to 2, even though I don't think I'm even halfway through 1 yet.
I am in as well, been playing on and off. Played a Bezerker and another class up to about level 10.
It's alright so far. Playing that class that is range and magic (forget what it's called). Even though I thought it was supposed to be a range class, I find it sometimes quicker and easier to switch to a melee weapon and much more quickly and easily lay waste to everything.
Also, the skills are insane. It seems like way too many skills in the skill trees for my liking. Not only are there a ton of skills, but a lot of them have 15 freaking ranks!! No idea if I would want to get a bunch at low rank, or stick to a few and rank them up to level 15.
I may put a bit more time in on the Beta today, maybe try some other classes out.
