It's important to note from the bulletin, the armour in these examples are not pre-order exclusives but these patterned skins are.
Saw 6/11/12 release date and was like WTF? then remembered -- hey this is Canada where everything is mixed up
Yeah, it does get confusing. I'm always having to re-think anything I post with dates where the majority of the audience is American.
There are a lot more skins out there folks.

Yes! A skin that makes you stick out on a map like a sore thumb, similar to the flaming helmets in Reach. Just what I want!

In case people didn't notice, the colours can be changed on these armour skins.
Also, we do not yet know what MM playlists these skins can be used in. Rumble Pit is a good bet.
Spartan Ops is probably another.
I think that these skins are going to be used in unranked matches anyways.
Any significant competitive playlist will probably use default colours. Probably default armour too. Acquired special features will likely be excluded as well.
the weapons skins look cool, but the armour skins look RIDICULOUS!!

I pre-ordered it before I knew anything came with it and then changed it to the Limited Edition.
Once and a while we get some good shit up here in Canada.... once in a while. Like, at 10AM it was 18 degrees here on the west coast
Yeah, I like shiney things, but these armour skins are just plain stoopid looking.
The weapon camo is pretty cool though.

That's sad. I think they all look pretty terrible. I was kinda hoping they were just speculation. I don't know if it's the color schemes that make them look terrible (yes, I'm aware they can be changed), but I just think 'NO' whenever I keep coming back to look at them.
I doubt it'll hurt game play and might even attract more people to the franchise.

I refuse to believe you're this accomdating on everything they put out. Something must look less than awesome to you. As someone in chat said, "They look like Mighty Morphin Power Ranger Villains."
It is so easy to get dragged down into the pit of negativity. I'm a natually negative person and i have to fight to keep that part of me out of the forums.
The fact is, every Halo so far has thoroughly entertained me while it was current. Acting anything but positive about Halo 4 in these months ahead of release won't change a thing and I'd be having a bad time too.
I wished I had been there for the TnT vidcast chat. It's during the Over 50 time slot and guess which one gets my devoted attention.
I am thinking one of these skins looks like a dog's breakfast but why say it now? Somebody else might like it and once we see these things in action, our opinions may completely change. If fact, I guarantee many peoples early opinions on them will completely change after they start playing.
I just couldn't shake the nagging feeling I'd seen these designs somewhere before...

pulse = iron man
deadeye = bullseye
circuit = tron (but this is a style that's been seen in previous halos via cortana and some decor on maps.
i think someone at 343 has been reading a lot of Marvel comics lately.
i do like the forrest and the pulse.
also, i would think that you would only see these in rumble pit, customs, and spartan ops.
Colour almost means nothing to me in battle. Blue, Red you're just as dead. "Betrayal", "Oops, sorry". LOL
Pulse looks like an advertisement for Target.

I like the web skin but I am going to get it at midnight so I will be preordereing from best buy or gamestop.
I will likely stand in line for a midnight pickup. Why I bother, I don't know because I get too tired to play past 1:30 am.
lol...i was going to get REACH at midnight, but when it was time to leave, we were playing a farwell clan night for H3 and i was just to tired to go. i know i would have made it through, but would have been to tired to play once i got home.
i ended up picking it up during lunch the next day and fired it up as soon as i got home.
