I can't imagine it would even be playable. I have a Macbook Pro i7 with 8GB RAM and the 330M nVidia card and it still slows down sometimes. It's only constant 25-30FPS. I wouldn't even attempt it.
I don't have a mini but I do have a laptop that's not of gaming quality and that's what I play on. I have to turn off all the optoinal graphics stuff and set everything to low and play in the lowest wide screen res option and it works, it's a bit sluggish but playable.
I'd suggest getting one of those buddy codes or whatever they're called. It'll let your download diablo 3 and play the first act on normal as a trial and you can see how it works on your system without shelling out andy money. Check out our Diablo 3 forum, there are plenty of people with codes to give, every copy came with 3 codes in the retail packages anyway.
Not a bad idea. Find a buddy code from someone here in 2o2p and test it out before you buy. I have to say though, MacMini's are pretty much never used to play any "real" type of game. I would highly doubt it would function.
