Creating sticky topics

when you open a thread there are two tabs above the first post. one labled "view" and one labled "edit". click on the edit tab. scroll to the bottom. there are three verticle tabs on the left. i think the middle one is "publishing". click on it and you'll see three radio buttons. i think they are "publish", "sticky", and "hide". click on the little circle next to sticky and then click the "submit" button just below there. i'm doing this from memory, so i'll double check this when i get to a computer shortly. this should be right though.
