Dirt3 and Fanatec GT2

So lately I have gotten a little board with Forza( it will last about  a week). Last night I pulled out Dirt 3 for the first time since October. I could not remember why I didn't like it with the GT2, now I do. Most of the problems can most likely be addressed by changing settings. What bothers me is an almost constant buzzing and vibration as soon as the wheel is off center. Does any one remember having this problem?  I truly enjoyed playing with my old M$ wheel and would like tolove the game with the Fanatec.
