Man I would pick up so many of those. I am so damn busy the last 4-5 months though that I know they would just sit. Way too many games already owned that I still haven't played, and GW2 coming out which will eat up any free time I have, but still so tempting...
my wallet will surely suffer if I continue to puruse and droll.
I must resist the Steam.
Civ V is great though so far.
took a little while getting used to it though.
complete departure from what I was used to w/ older versions (1, 2, 3)
Never got a chance to get into 4
Hey Twitchy, if you ever want a game let me know. CIV 5 is one of my favorites. I'm a total casual player and don't pay much attention to strats, so if you want an easy one and see me on, send me an invite.

Same deal. Not a great Civ player, but it's always a good time. Would be fun to play against someone else for a change, instead of AIs. That way when I crush someone, there's moire reason to gloat. :)
Today's purchase. Mount & Blade collection for $8 and some change. Once I saw that you can have more than 200 players in a game and I could be a bag pipe player I knew I had to have it lol

I nearly grabbed that myself (8 and change for 4 games? How can I loose!?), but withheld as I know nothing about those games. Going to hold the cash in the hopes for other bargains down the line.
i'll give you a review - although all indications are that it might take quite a few hours before I understand the game (that's all indications based on the fact that I am half retarded). :D
The complete Assassins creed series for 35 bones! Fallout 3 GOTY and Fallout New Vegas ultimate for 15! S.T.A.L.K.E.R series for 15! Also some various other little purchases but wow have I cleaned up! Just Cause 2 9 bucks! I think building this pc has been the best gaming investment I've made in a long time.

Just Cause 2 is $5 all the time, kind of a bad deal there by Steam. Great game, though. And more than worth it for $9, but if you haven't bought it yet then know you can easily get it for $5 by waiting a bit.
I'm a total casual gamer when it comes to the Civ series.
In actuality I have never played against another human, I've always played against AI.
I have no strategy other than try not to make war, because I always ended up get crushed. (Damn Military Advisor convincing me so-and-so doesn't have a big army)
Thanks - I saw that. I'm going to hold out I think and wait for a better price 25% off is lame lol for the $30 it would cost me to get that I could 5 or 6 solid games on this sale. I think I will pickup Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity though for $4.99 (75% off) - that seems like the smarter move for me I think...especially since I have so much to play right now!

Woot! Just picked up the Witcher Games! Now to find the time to actualy play all the things I've picked up...

Building this PC has been the biggest mistake of my life so far.
No wait, second biggest mistake... there was that one girlfriend before I met my wife...

Just picked up bastion and SIns of a Solar Empire Trinity. Why the heck not. Building one hell of a library of games here.
Trade in your old console games for steam bucks and profit! Too bad I'm in Canada!

Nice Guster - I picked them up as well :D I needed a controller for Bastion - tried M+K and kept falling off the world lol
Super Meat Boy is totally worth it.
I'm also thinking about picking up the Total War games, not sure yet though.
UGH, if I only had time to game!!!
Unlesss it's a strategy game, I suck at M+K. I just use a wired 360 controller for the PC.
