This Friday I will be inside you, Portland.
Seems i'm getting back on the road again this summer.. I have a booking for Portland in July.. am going to try and work in Seattle as well *fingers crossed*. Would be nice to meet up with any local members whilst up there. Drop me a line on here and I might even be able to arrange guest list, if your interested.
More details once i've signed the contracts.
Hell yeah, let me know when. As long as I'm not off visiting the folks while they are vacationing in South Dakota, I'll make arrangements to try to get time off.
Only ever seen a DJ once at a party, but I was impressed. He kept the beat rollin' for at least 3 or 4 hours, non stop.

We should try to figure out the best time to gather, whether its at or after emceechild's concert, or some other time while he is in Portland. I for one would like to schedule a time where as many of us NW USA guys can gather with emcee as possible. I am in Eugene about two hours away from Portland, but that weekend looks pretty clear and so my schedule is flexible.
Thoughts?
I dunno the area but am sure if you guys wanted to meet for dinner/ lunch and or drinks somewhere I could arrange to be there on Saturday.
(I'm aware that there club settings are exactly congenial with meeting people due to noise, low light and diversions*)

I have that week off of work (finally). Have a family trip planned, but will likely be home by that Saturday (July 28th). I'm only about 30 min out of PDX. Looks like there are some Kart races going on at PIR that Saturday, followed by some late night drag racing.

I'll be in Portland on the 28th. I'll actually be rolling in from the south, coming up from Eureka, through the Redwoods and up the coast. If anyone is interested in hooking up along the way, give me a shout. I'll be leaving South Dakota Monday morning.
Portland that weekend will be tough for me. I am in a jury trial out of town next week, and I am not sure my wife would appreciate me heading up to Portland right after I get back.
Helios, if you are going to travel through Eugene, let me know. I would love to buy you lunch or dinner at your restaurant of choice here in Eugene. I should be back in town by Friday, July 27.

). My intent is to be in Eureka by Wednesday night, giving me Thursday, Friday & Saturday morning to go through the Redwood Nat Forest and up the Oregon coast to Portland.

Just talked to Zero (aka Lawyer) and he is going to try to drive up from Eugene. Got some stuff already planned with the fam that evening, but could meet up late morning or early afternoon.
If the weather is decent, what do you guys think about meeting up at PIR? It's just kart races, but a good place to bs and bring the cooler along.
We could also meet up at Fry's Electronics in Wilsonville and watch Lawyer spend all his money! :)
The wallet is empty and the credit card is maxed after buying the T500RS and the 670 in the last month. So, no buying for me at Fry's, but it cannot hurt to look.
PIR sounds great. My wife works on Saturday night and so I cannot do late night antics, but I have the day.

Sweet, sounds like it's coming together. I'm actually ahead of schedule. In Reno for lunch, and Cali bound this afternoon. Should be through the Redwoods before lunch tomorrow.
